Goodbye & Good Luck To Mazie & Congratulations to Ruth on Her Promotion To Lettings Manager

The team which you employ are the public face of what we, as a company, represent. We couldn't have be more blessed to have had Mazie Couchman with us for over a decade. We feel doubly blessed that Ruth Eastwood will be stepping into Mazies role & continuing to develop the managerial role with her own flair & commitment to service standards.

It's a bittersweet moment when you hear that a member of your team wants to move on to pastures new. It's even harder when that person came to you straight from school, wanting to take on the world & all of the challenges & opportunities which adulthood brings with guts, focus & unrivalled passion.

However, when you see someone grow into their own person, develop their own views, morals, social conscience & work ethic it makes you immensely proud as a person & an employer to have played some small part in that.

We are sharing disappointing but exciting news on two counts. Firstly disappointed that we lose such a respected team leader but immensely proud that Mazie has the confidence to step out of her comfort zone & follow her heart. Secondly exciting news that Ruth Eastwood will be stepping up to take the lettings manager role & explore her full potential as a team leader.

This is how it all came to be....

After a decade with Jacksons, Mazie is moving on to a new career. For some time now she has been considering working with vulnerable young people and she has secured an opportunity to commence on this path. Whilst we are disappointed to lose such a respected member of the team, we are both impressed & proud that Mazie has decided to follow her dream. We hope that you will all join us in wishing her the very best for a successful & happy future.

This leaves big shoes to fill, However, we are pleased to share the news that Ruth Eastwood will be stepping up into this role. Mazie & Ruth have worked together for many years. This is the natural progression for Ruth given her ability, dedication to landlords & tenants & the Jacksons Brand. Many of you will already know Ruth & I am sure that you will agree that she is the perfect choice. We hope that you will join with us in congratulating Ruth & supporting her in the next exciting chapter of her career.

Mazie will leave the office on Friday 28th July & Ruth will step into the managerial role on Monday 31st July.
