Jacksons have managed my rental property for the past 10 years and I have enjoyed excellent service from them. The staff are very friendly, know their business and have provided great help and advice to me. Their style is entirely professional, yet very friendly. I have been made to feel valued as one of their landlords.
Staff comment Sandra Menet who helped me to purchase the property and guided me regarding becoming a landlord. Mazie Couchman who has helped and advised me regarding all aspects of managing the property to a high standard for the benefit of both myself and my tenants. Ruth Eastwood for her delightful cheerfulness and enthusiasm.

I have in the past had several letting agencies which appear to promise the Earth but after signing you up Offer very little service after Jackson’s offer a great service and indeed carry it out it’s more than just a job too them but also commitment They at least do what they say they will do for you …
Staff comment Ruth , Mazie, and Emily are a great credit too Jackson’s Lettings .

I've used Jacksons since the 1990s. Over that time I've also rented out properties in other towns, using a number of different agents and Jacksons have been consistently the best letting agent that I've used in over 25 years
Staff comment The whole lettings team - Mazie, Ruth and Emily have all been great.
Mr E Landlord

I have owned a portfolio of rental properties in North Kent for over 25 years and in that time have worked with several agencies to either fully manage the properties or tenant find. Usually two or more agencies were involved at any one time and hundreds of different tenants have passed through the portfolio giving me considerable opportunity to monitor the performance of the various agents. For the last Two years Jacksons have been the only agency that I have used which I hope speaks for itself .

I have confidence in Mazie, Emily and Ruth and because of the standard of the performance we enjoy a very amicable relationship. Jacqui Bradshaw has also offered very worthwhile assistance.

We only use Jackson’s Estate Agents and only buy in the area because of them. They look after us wonderfully, Every transaction is personal to them you are not just a number. (Like many of the chain estate agents)They go beyond their duties in order for their customers happiness and piece of mind. Fantastic!.

Maisie, Ruth, and Emily are a fantastic team, in lettings, Maisie has wonderful intuition on knowing which tenants match which landlord. Sandra in sales sold us our first letting property and went well beyond her remit, All at Jackson’s are a delight to deal with no matter the circumstance every member of the team at Jackson’s whether they have dealings with you or not are friendly and professional will good honest values
