Community Chat Rainham

This is Happening This Saturday at St Margaret's Church, Rainham. With recycle, reuse, repurpose & sustainability on everyone's lips, this is your opportunity to find out a bit more about it!

As local business owners, we are excited about all the local community activities that we hear about.

Earlier in this year when we ran our '30 giveaways' to local heroes we were privileged to meet some fabulous people. At this time, we met Gracie (age 7) who works alongside her mum Gem promoting the foodbank in Rainham. She captured the hearts of everyone in our office.

I’m pleased to say that we will be teaming up with Gracie & her mum over the coming six weeks to promote the foodbank for the festive period. Whilst chatting abut this with Gem I found about something which is happening in our community this weekend at St Margaret’s church in Rainham High Street. Eco Hub https://www.facebook.com/theecohubrainham/ are hosting a BIG GREEN DAY and alongside this will be a TOY SWAP STALL & PRELOVED CHILDREN’S CLOTHES STALL.

There are few who haven’t been impacted by the cost-of-living crisis. Events like this will support the local community in a positive manner. The biggest issue is people hearing about events like this. Hence the COMMUNITY CHAT PAGE which we are looking to run on a regular basis.

We hope that you love hearing about these events. If we can put just one person in touch with a community event which helps them, that would make our day.
