Mark Jackson & I, Jacqui B are directors of Jacksons. WE personally wanted to thank you for inviting Jacksons to meet with you and discuss the expected rental return & services which we offer to our Landlords.
We added to the lettings side of our business to our agency a little over ten years. I was selling investment properties to Landlords and passing them to varying agents. The feedback about these agents was never great and this frustrated me. I was discussing this with Mark, and he told me that the only way that I would be able to offer a service which rivalled our sales team was to do it myself. So, we did, and the rest is history. Hundreds of landlords & properties later we have a lettings business which is established in its own right with a team who have the same passion as us.
The most fortunate benefit of owning a business is that you can set the service standard at a level which reflects how you would like to be treated. We consider ourselves privileged to be able to do the job which we love alongside a team of likeminded people. Property is our passion, we strongly believe that attention to detail and setting a trend, rather than being a follower is what sets Jacksons apart from every other agent.

We haven’t abandoned the basics of agency, we have embraced the new innovations and added them to the successful formula which we already had.
