4. Trust you own decision making.
Stop asking friends & family what to do. The responses you receive will be based on what suits that individual, not you. Ask the professional, make your plan & stick to it because you believe that it’s the right thing to do.
5. Act as if the change has already occurred.
We tend to worry about change & how it will feel after the change occurs. This often overclouds our decision-making process which prolongs the anguish. Look past the change that is happening and see the end result.
